Privacy Policy
What this site collects, and what happens to it.

This is a small business website. I try to keep this simple and honest, because a privacy policy nobody can read isn't protecting anybody.
Who runs this site
This site is operated by Wyatt Martensen, doing business as Ten Decisions Consulting, based in San Diego, California. If you have a question about anything on this page, email wyatt@tendecisions.com.
What I collect
Only what you hand me on purpose. If you fill in the contact form, I receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it
- Whatever you write in the message box
If you book a call, the scheduling service collects your name, email and the time slot you picked so it can put the meeting on both our calendars.
I do not run advertising trackers on this site. I do not sell data. There is no login and no account to create.
Why I collect it
To reply to you. That's the whole reason. If you ask me a question, I need a way to answer it.
Who else sees it
A few outside companies handle pieces of this site, and your information passes through them:
- The form service receives your form submission and delivers it to me by email.
- The scheduling service handles booking, if you book a call.
- The hosting company serves the pages to your browser and keeps basic server records, such as the general location a visit came from.
Each of those companies has its own privacy policy. I don't hand your details to anyone beyond what's needed to run the site and get back to you, and I never sell them.
How long I keep it
I keep messages and contact details for as long as it's useful for working together, and I clear out old inquiries that never went anywhere. If you want me to delete yours sooner, ask and I will.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If you use the booking calendar, that outside service may set its own cookies to make scheduling work.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email the address above and I'll take care of it. You don't need a reason and I won't ask for one.
Children
This site is meant for business owners. It is not directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If what the site collects changes, I'll update this page and change the date at the top.
