Choose a time that works and answer a few quick questions. Your answers give me a head start on your business, so our time together goes to the parts where I can help the most.

2. We have a real conversation.
Wherever works for you: a coffee shop, your place of business, a phone call, or a video call. You tell me about your business: how you got started, how you do things, what you're proud of, and what's been bugging you. I'll ask some questions because I genuinely want to understand how it works. Rough numbers are fine. Nobody's grading anything.

3. You get a custom action plan.
A custom action plan, in plain English:
- The one thing holding your business back the most
- What fixing it is worth to you, in dollars each month
- The top 3 fixes, in the order I'd do them
I use AI to help me prepare and write it up. That's how you get it in days instead of weeks. It's yours to keep, even if we never work together.

4. We fix the first one together.
I set up the fix and walk you through it. You own every account and every login, so nothing is ever locked up with me. Nothing touches a real customer until you've seen it and said yes.

5. We check the numbers.
We compare before and after. You see the difference in your business, not just feel it.

6. Then you decide.
If you want to keep going, we move to the next thing worth fixing, month to month. If not, we stop at the end of the month. No long-term contracts.

I can do it all for you, and some owners want that. But I'd rather do it with you. I still do the heavy lifting. You just learn how your own systems work along the way, so you're never in the dark about your own business.
Everything we build lives in your accounts, under your name. If we ever part ways, there are no passwords to chase down and no software to get back from me. It's already yours.
AI keeps changing fast. When something better comes along, I'll be keeping an eye out for you and ready to walk you through it. Think of me as your own "AI guy": the person you call when you're not sure what's worth paying attention to.

When we work together month to month, you'll hear back from me within 24 business hours. Usually it's a lot faster than that. But 24 business hours is the promise I'll always keep.

Founding clients get the assessment free, plus the first fix we agree on together, in exchange for an honest review. Before anything starts, you'll know exactly what's included and what isn't. Once those spots are filled, work will be priced on what it's worth to your business, with a month-to-month option.
